Very nice middle table, also used as a writing table, Empire style, in mahogany, mahogany veneer and bronze with bronze patina.

This model, particularly rare and sought after under the Empire, where the hock feet are magnified by winged lions and paws scratched in bronze bronze, shows you a quality of carvings of excellent craftsmanship.

It should be noted that the winged lions and their legs are identical to those of a center table and a cylinder desk bearing the label of the Malmaison Museum and currently kept in Fontainebleau, which can be attributed to Jacob. (19th century French furniture from Wannenes, page 88).

Full-face model, with four drawers, two of which are simulated, embellished with bronze with double chimeras.

Each of the sides and drawers are framed by moldings decorated with a frieze of tiny palmettes, fascinating the eye that approaches them.

As usual, my objects are photographed naturally, without going through a photo studio. Because of this, you can enjoy them as they really are.
